My lively personality energizes students who are learning Office applications. By using real-world examples my students have a better grasp of the skills taught. I have 20 years of experience training people in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access. Patience and encouragement make my training special.

Experience

Currently a contract trainer for Certstaffix but open to other opportunities as well. Deliver in-person and virtual training in Office 365, Office 2019/2016: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.

Privately, conduct in-person and remote classes (screen-sharing) in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.  Excel features such as tables, pivot tables, and pivot charts. Formulas such as VLOOKUP, IF, AND, OR, and SUBTOTAL. Develop Microsoft Office
e-earning modules using Camtasia screen recording software.

While at Pacific Gas and Electric, created a Microsoft Access training database from imported Excel files. Used database to track class attendance, status, participant evaluations, and produce metrics. Created lively PowerPoint presentations including charts, SmartArt, text animation, call‑outs, and photographs. Built Project Risk Calculator in Excel using Visual Basic (VBA). Introduced computer-based training using screen recording software.

For CompassPoint, trained beginning to advanced classes in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access and wrote MS Office suite course manuals.
