I was away from corporate office work for several years and quickly forgot some common procedures in Microsoft Word. I had a great deal of difficulty in setting margins, tabs, and using bullet-points. Also, adding tables with text blocks above and below. I called Lloyd. It was nice to get mentored on exactly the Word functions that I kept getting stuck on. Lloyd was very articulate and super patient in teaching the steps that I needed to follow.
